In 2006, Wally Bishop, weighed over 400 lbs. In November of that year, Wally decided to change the course of his life and began to walk on his lunch hour and took an interest in whole food nutrition. The pounds started falling off and his overall health improved. He became so interested in how whole foods fuel and heal the body that he changed his career and became a Certified Nutritional Consultant. Now, Wally Bishop CNC, 200 lbs. lighter, wants to share his success story and methods for achieving massive weight loss with others who want to lose weight.
